- Fitzroy Garden and Cooks’ Cottage – located on the southeastern end of Melbourne CBD, the Cooks’ Cottage is a small house constructed by the parents of Captain James Cook in 1755 in England and Captain James Cook was the navigator who discovered the east coast of Australia. This cottage was purchased by businessman and philanthropist Sir Russell Grimwade in 1933 who then deconstructed the cottage brick by brick and donated them to the people of Victoria.

- Queen Victoria Market – a landmark building in Melbourne, locals frequent here for fresh produces and general grocery. It also has a bustling night market on every Wednesday night.

- Melbourne City Circuit Free Tram – No.35 Tourist Tram travels around the fringes of Melbourne CBD, the tram provides information on general attractions and Melbourne history as it traverses through the city. You can hop on the tram on La Trobe St, Flinders St, Harbour Esplanade or Spring St (free service).
- Royal Botanic Garden – situated next to the Yarra River, the garden is internationally renowned for its flowers and landscape. It is good all year round for its natural beauty and ample space for exercise.

- National Gallery of Victoria and Arts Centre Melbourne – NGV is Australia’s oldest and largest gallery, along with Arts Centre Melbourne both provide locals and tourists with a multitude of art and music exhibitions and performances throughout the year.

- Rialto Towers – formerly the highest building in southern hemisphere until 2006, the observation deck has now been transformed into a restaurant and bar (Lui Bar), why not go up there for a drink and enjoy the fantastic views for free?

- Melbourne Zoo – close proximity to the city, the zoo offers the opportunity for kids to learn about different animals and it is a fantastic place for families.

- Federation Square – The iconic Melbourne landmark is the cultural centre of Melbourne, it is located opposite of the famous Flinders St Train Station, it hosts many activities and events throughout the year.
